Kapil Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd., the first company of the Group started in 1981 at Karimnagar and Kapil Group is promoted and owned by Mr. K. Vaman Rao, a Chartered Accountant by profession, his family members and associates of group companies.

Kapil Group runs a charitable trust “Sankshema” in the field of medical care and education. The trust undertakes programs like Cancer awareness, detection and treatment through a 140 bedded Sushruta Cancer Hospital in Karimnagar. The trust also supports economically backward students by giving scholarships and so far supported 3,000 students for pursuing higher education in medical and engineering streams.
