The Company was incorporated in the year 1992 and Kapil Group acquired the Company in the year 2012 and presently it is the subsidiary of Kapil Chit Funds Pvt. Ltd. The management team at Bijay Finance is having over three decades of experience in banking, financial services and general administration.

Bijay Finance vision is to offer various financial services and products under one umbrella and to become a financial services hub.
